Why a leadership course for refugees? Leadership as a future that isn't going to happen anyhow, is the state of being that will have the greatest impact on the lives and livelihoods of refugees by creating the confidence in knowing what is required to deal with the journey to that future, regardless of the resources at hand.
The women's leadership course is combined with mental health resilience training that is pivotal for refugee women of whom 100% have been violently and sexually abused, many loosing husbands to conflict.
